Ingredients
- 5 cups flour
- 1 1/2 cups confectioners sugar
- 2 tablespoons baking powder
- 1 cup (250 g) butter or margarine
- 3 eggs
- 1 tablespoon vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
Sift together flour, sugar and baking powder into a large bowl.
Add butter or margarine and mix thoroughly.
Add eggs and vanilla and mix to a firm dough.
Knead on a floured board for five minutes.
Shape into small balls and place on a greased cookie tin.
Bake in a 450°F (230°C) oven for about ten minutes.
