Ingredients

  • Chocolate Glaze:
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 white cake mix
  • 1 small box chocolate instant pudding
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 3/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 Tbsp corn syrup
  • 3 Tbsp butter
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350

In a large bowl beat together eggs, sour cream, water, and oil. Stir in cake mix and pudding mix. Fold in chocolate chips. Pour batter into greased and fluted bundt pan. Bake 45-50 minutes. While still hot invert onto platter. Allow cake to cool.

In a heavy saucepan combine chocolate chips, corn syrup and butter. Stir until melted. Stir in vanilla. Spread warm glaze over top of cake.

Variations: Use a chocolate cake mix and white chococlate pudding.
