Preparation

Step 1

Place mini baking cup papers in mini muffin pan and set aside. Mix together 1/4 cup peanut butter, butter, sugar, graham cracker crumbs and salt in a small bowl until smooth and set aside. Combine remaining 1/4 cup peanut butter and semisweet and milk chocolate chips and microwave for 30 seconds. Stir and microwave in additional 10-second increments, if necessary, until smooth when stirred. Chocolate should not be hot. Add a teaspoon (about 1/4 ounce) of chocolate to each cup and swirl around to edges. Add a teaspoon (about 1/4 ounce) of peanut butter filling to each cup and flatten down with finger, leaving space at edges for additional chocolate coating. Top with chocolate (additional 1/4 ounce) and smooth tops before allowing to set. If chocolate becomes too firm to spread, microwave briefly to soften. If necessary, place cups in fridge to set.
