Cake Mix Cookies

Ingredients

• Optional extras:
• 1 box any flavour cake mix
• 1/2 cup softened butter
• 2 eggs
• 2 Tbsp oil
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 cup chocolate chips
• 1 cup chopped nuts

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350.
In a medium bolw, mix the cak mix, butter, eggs, oil and vanilla until smooth and well-blended.
Mix in any optional extras.
Drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets.
Bake for 8-10 minutes. Allow cookies to cool for 5 minutes before removing to wire rack to cool completely.
