- 1 cup baby carrots sliced in half
- 3/4 c water
- 1/2 cups nutritional yeast
- 1 t Table Tasty
- 1/2 t garlic powder
- 1/2 t onion powder
- 3/4 t smoked paprika
- dash cayenne pepper

Step 1
put carrots, potatoes, and 4 cups water in pot, bring to boil, turn down, cook until fork tender - about 20 minutes
place all ingredients in vitamin, blend well
