Chopped Beef Cream Cheese Ball

Ingredients

• 2-8 oz packages cream cheese
• 2 T milk
• 1 1/2 3oz packages or 2 jars chipped beef
• 1 T Worcestershire sauce
• 1 bunch green onions (chopped--mostly top for color)
• dash of garlic salt
• chopped walnuts

Preparation

Step 1

1. Mix cream cheese, milk, Worcestershire sauce and garlic salt with electric mixer.

2. Chop chipped beef and stir into cream cheese mixture.

3. Roll into ball and wrap in plastic wrap.

4. Chill

5. Roll in chopped walnuts

Serve with Ritz crackers.
