Ingredients
- Muffins:
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 1/2 TB sugar
- 1 TB baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 cups shredded Colby-Jack cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) melted butter
- Butter Glaze:
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp onion powder
- 1/8 tsp dried parsley

Preparation
Step 1
For the muffins: In a medium bowl, whisk together dry ingredients, then stir in cheese. In a small bowl, whisk milk, egg, & butter together. Pour milk mixture into dry ingredients & stir with a spoon to combine. Bake in greased muffin tins at 375 for 20-25 minutes.
For the Butter Glaze: Combine ingredients in a small bowl & brush over the warm muffins.
