- 2 lbs Button Mushrooms
- • 1 pack Wild Boar or Venison sausage
- • 1/2 cup bread crumbs

Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 450 F. Remove the stems from the mushrooms. Brush the caps clean wth a damp cloth. Remove the casings from your favorite D’Artagnan game sausage and mix in a bowl with the bread crumbs.
2. Stuff the mushroom caps with this mixture, place in a shallow baking dish and bake in the oven for 15 minutes. Serve immediately.
