Ingredients
- 1package1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1cup1 cup shredded white Cheddar cheese (4 oz)
- 1/2cup1/2 cup shredded Gouda cheese (2 oz)
- 1/2cup1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese (2 oz)
- 1/2cup1/2 cup IPA beer
- 1teaspoon1 teaspoon honey mustard
- 1/8teaspoon1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper (cayenne)
- Ground red pepper (cayenne)
- Sliced green onion
- Food Should Taste Good® multigrain or sweet potato tortilla chips
