IPA Beer Cheese Dip

Ingredients

• 1package1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
• 1cup1 cup shredded white Cheddar cheese (4 oz)
• 1/2cup1/2 cup shredded Gouda cheese (2 oz)
• 1/2cup1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese (2 oz)
• 1/2cup1/2 cup IPA beer
• 1teaspoon1 teaspoon honey mustard
• 1/8teaspoon1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper (cayenne)
• Ground red pepper (cayenne)
• Sliced green onion
• Food Should Taste Good® multigrain or sweet potato tortilla chips

In 2-quart saucepan, heat Dip ingredients over low heat, stirring frequently, until cheeses melt and mixture is smooth.

Sprinkle with red pepper and green onion. Serve with chips.
