  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/4 cup karo syrup
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3 cups walnuts
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

COOK sugar, syrup and water in pan to 242 on a candy thermometer.

ADD vanilla and nuts. Stir until becomes creamy. Pour onto wax paper and let harden.
