  • Marinade
  • • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • • 1 tablespoon honey
  • • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • • 1 Tablespoon canola oil
  • Boar Roast
  • • 1 - 1 1/2 lb. boar striploin or leg meat or mini roast
  • • 1 cup water

Preparation

Step 1

1. Pre-heat oven to 275°F.

2. Mix all marinade ingredients.

3. Put roast in roasting pan & rub it with marinade. Roast at 275°F for 2 hours, turning meat every 1/2 hour & adding a few tbs. of water to the pan.

4. When roast exterior is golden brown and interior shows no pink, remove roast and add water to the pan to create 1/2 cup of juice.

5. Cut the roast into slices, and serve with the juice.
