- 1 can of corn, drained
- 1 can of black beans, drained (optional)
- 16 oz jar salsa
- 2 lbs chicken breasts
- 8 oz cream cheese

Instructions
All ingredients to freezer bag (except cream cheese); mix well and freezer.
When ready to cook, thaw overnight in fridge.
Place ingredients in slow cooker and cook on low 8 hours.
minutes before serving - shred chicken and add cubed cream cheese.
Stir well and serve.
