Ingredients
- Roast Beef and Horseradish filling.
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1to3 Tablespoons prepared creamy, horsradish
- 1/2 tsp. dried dill
- 1 cup chopped rare deli roast beef
- 1 roasted red bell pepper, diced. Use jarred red peppers.
- 1/4 cup chopped flat leaf parsley.

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients, except the parsley together. Being careful, not to mash up the peppers.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Fill pre-made filo cups to top, and bake for 5-8 minutes.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.
Filling can be made a day or two ahead.
Keep covered and refrigerated until your ready to use. At that point, bring mixture to room temp, before attempting to fill cups.
