  • 1 can (14 ounce) sweetened condensed milk
  • 6 ounces Cook Whip, defrosted
  • 4 ounces Randy's Famous Key Lime Juice or other lime juice
  • 1 ready mad (9-inch) Graham cracker pie crust
  • Garnish: Lightly sweetened whipped cream

Preparation

Step 1

In the bowl of an electric mixer, combine the condensed milk with the Cool Whip and beat on low speed for 10 minutes. Add the lime juice to the mixer and beat on low speed for 10 minutes longer. Pour the pie filling into the prepared crust and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight. Serve the pie cut into wedges and topped with a dollop of whipped cream

Makes 1 (9-inch ) pie

On a warm summer evening, this pie is equally delicious served frozen.
