Ingredients
- 1/4 cup local honey*
- 1/2 cup canned pumpkin
- 8 ounce chunkpineapple, with juice
- tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup low fat greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
- 1/2 cup milk (whole or 2%)
- 1.5 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 cup ice

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients into a large blender. Blend on high until smooth and creamy. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
Notes
*I use ¼ of a cup of honey but when my son makes these he uses ½ and both he and my husband prefer them with the extra honey in them. If you would rather have a sweeter, more dessert like smoothie, go for the ½.
Serves: 2- 16 oz smoothies
