Creamy Tomato Tortellini Soup

Ingredients

• 2 Tbl Olive oil
• 2 tsp Minced garlic
• 2-3 Tbl Sun dried tomatoes
• 1 tsp Onion powder
• 1 Tbl Italian seasoning
• 2 (10 3/4 oz) condensed tomato soup
• 2 Cups half & half
• 2 Cups Chicken stock
• 1/2 Tsp Salt
• 1/2 Tsp Pepper
• 1 9oz package of cheese filled Tortellini
• 1/2 Cup Parmesan cheese, for garnish

Preparation

Step 1

Saute garlic with olive oil and sun dried tomatoes in a large pot over medium heat.
Add tomato soup, half & half, and chicken stock and simmer.
Add Tortellini and cook as per directions.
Serve with Parmasen cheese
