Ingredients
- 2 Tbl Olive oil
- 2 tsp Minced garlic
- 2-3 Tbl Sun dried tomatoes
- 1 tsp Onion powder
- 1 Tbl Italian seasoning
- 2 (10 3/4 oz) condensed tomato soup
- 2 Cups half & half
- 2 Cups Chicken stock
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1/2 Tsp Pepper
- 1 9oz package of cheese filled Tortellini
- 1/2 Cup Parmesan cheese, for garnish

Preparation
Step 1
Saute garlic with olive oil and sun dried tomatoes in a large pot over medium heat.
Add tomato soup, half & half, and chicken stock and simmer.
Add Tortellini and cook as per directions.
Serve with Parmasen cheese
