- 2 Cups Heavy Cream
- 5 oz. Semisweet Chocolate, Chopped
- 2 Tbsp. Confectioner's Sugar
- 26 Chocolate Wafers
- 3 or 4 Bananas (Thinly sliced lengthwise)

Preparation
Step 1
In a small saucepan, bring 2 cups heavy cream to a boil over medium heat. Remove from heat and add 5oz. semisweet chocolate, chopped. Let sit 5 minutes. Add 2 tbsp. confectioner's sugar and whisk to combine. Let cool at room temperature.
Layer 13 chocolate wafers in a 2-qt. baking dish. Add half the chocolate mix, then top with 3 bananas, thinly sliced lengthwise. Top with 13 more cookies and remaining chocolate mixture. Cover and refrigerate until pudding is set and cookies are tender, about 2 hours. Top with 1 banana, sliced into rounds and serve.
