Better than Sex Cake

Ingredients

• Cake:
• 1 package vanilla cake mix with pudding
• 3 eggs
• 1/2 cup oil
• 1 cup water
• 3-4 ounces cream cheese, softened (optional)
• Filling:
• 1 6-ounce package instant vanilla pudding
• 1 cup milk
• 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
• Toppings:
• 1 16- or 21-ounce can crushed pineapple, drained
• 1 8-ounce carton whipped topping
• 2 cups (?) coconut

Preparation

Step 1

Make Cake:

Preheat oven to 350 F. Mix together the cake mix, eggs, oil, water, and cream cheese. Pour into a 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1 inch jelly roll pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes. Cool.


Make Filling and Topping:

Mix together the pudding mix, milk, and cream cheese. Spread over the cooled cake. Spread pineapple over the cake, followed by the whipped topping and coconut.
