Ingredients

  • berries and orange pekoe tea syrup
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup each frozen (thawed) raspberries and blueberries
  • 2 bags orange pekoe tea
  • 1 cup boiling water, stir dissolve sugar
  • cool and strain.
  • refrigerate up to 2 weeks
  • Lemon Rosemary syrup
  • 1 cup sugar
  • zest of whole lemon
  • 3 fresh rosemary sprigs
  • 1 cup boiling water, dissolve sugar allow to cool. remove lemon zest cover. after 36 hrs remove rosemary

Step 1

Sunny Iced Tea
fill highball glass with ice. add 3/4 oz grand marnier, 3/4 oz amaretto, 1 oz berries & orange pekoe tea syrup, 1 oz orange juice and 2 oz ginger ale. stir to mix and garnish with an orange slice.

Berry Tea Martini
in a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add 1 1/2 oz vodka, 1/2 oz lemon juice, 1/2 oz berry and orange pekoe tea syrup and 2 oz white cranberry juice. stir until ice cold and strain into a martini glass. garnish with 1 tbsp fresh berries.
