Ingredients

  • 8 patties frozen hash brown
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups cubed cooked ham
  • 7 each eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground mustard

Preparation

Step 1

IN a 13x9 greased pan, place hash brown patties in a single layer. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

LAYER with cheese and ham and then refrigerate overnight. When ready to serve remove from refrigerator.

IN a medium bowl, add eggs, milk, salt, pepper and ground mustard. Beat thoroughly and pour over ham in casserole.

COVER casserole and bake for 1 hour at 350. Uncover and bake 15 minutes longer or until edges are golden brown and eggs are set.
