Ingredients
- 1 9oz package Jiffy yellow cake mix
- 1 8 1/2oz package Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c cold water
- 1/3 c milk

Step 1
Mix together. Pour into greased 8x8" pan (for thicker bread) or 9x13" pan (for thinner bread). Bake at 375 for 20-30 minutes (depending on pan size). Adjust for glass pans--lower oven to 350 and bake for less time. Should be golden brown on top and toothpick will come out clean.
**If you can't find Jiffy cake mix, use 1 c + 1 T regular yellow cake mix.
