Peanut Butter Cake

This was a recipe my mother gave me. It is a favorite in my family!! It's best served with vanilla ice cream.

Ingredients
- Cake:
- 1 Duncan Hines Yellow Cake mix (Do not follow the package directions)
- 1 2/3 Cup Milk
- 3 Eggs
- 1 Cup Peanut Butter
- Frosting:
- 2 PKGS Jiffy Fudge Frosting Mix
- 1/2 Cup Peanut Butter

Preparation
Step 1
Cake:
1 Duncan Hines Yellow Cake mix
1 2/3 Cup Milk
3 Eggs
1/2 Cup Peanut Butter
DO NOT FOLLOW BOX DIRECTIONS. Combine all ingredients and beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour into a greased and floured 13 x 9 pan and bake 35-40 minutes.
Frosting:
Follow package directions and add 1/2 cup peanut butter. May need a little more water to make spreading consistancy. Or 1 can chocolate frosting + 1/4 Cup Peanut or add 1/4 Peanut Butter to your favorite chocolate frosting recipe.
