Ingredients

1/2 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
1 broiler-fryer chicken (4 lb.), cut up
1 tsp. GOYA® Adobo All-Purpose Seasoning with Pepper
1/2 cup KRAFT Hickory Smoke Barbecue Sauce

Preparation

Step 1

POUR dressing over chicken in shallow dish; turn to evenly coat both sides of each piece. Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate.

HEAT grill to medium heat. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade. Season chicken all over with Adobo seasoning.

GRILL chicken 40 minutes or until done (165°F), turning occasionally and brushing with barbecue sauce for the last 15 minutes.
