  • 2 tbsp low-fat mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 tsp curry powder
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 cups chopped cooked chicken(250 g)
  • 1 apple,cored and chopped
  • 2 celery stalks,chopped
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 2 whole-grain pita breads 20 cm/8 inch,halved

Step 1

In a large bowl,whisk together the yogurt,mayonnaise,curry powder,honey,and salt.Add the chicken,apple,and celery.
Place a lettuce leaf in each pita half and fill with 1/4 of the chicken salad.
