- 1/4 cup plain yogurt 0% fat
- 2 tbsp low-fat mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 tsp curry powder
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 cups chopped cooked chicken(250 g)
- 1 apple,cored and chopped
- 2 celery stalks,chopped
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 2 whole-grain pita breads 20 cm/8 inch,halved
