Ham And Cheese Casserole
- 1 loaf bread
- 1 pound Monterey Jack cheese
- 2 large cans green chili
- Sliced boiled ham
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Half slices of white bread. Melt butter in pan and put bread in pan, then cheese, sliced ham, green chilies all layered in pan. Repeat process including bread ending with cheese on top.
Beat eggs, milk and salt and pour over cheese bread and ham. Put in refrigerator overnight.
Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes.
