PUT SHORTENING IN BOWL
ADD BOILING WATER AND MILK BEAT WELL
SIFT FLOUR AND SALT INTO MIXTURE AND STIR WITH FORK UNTIL DOUGH CLINGS TOGETHER.
DIVIDE INTO 2 BALLS
CHILL FOR 1 HOUR
ROLL OUT ON FLOURED BOAD.
