Ingredients
- 12 large scallops
- 1 Tbsp lemon-pepper seasoning
- 12 pieces thinly sliced bacon
- Lemon wedges (optional garnish)

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Place the bacon slices onto a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes, or until almost cooked. (It shouldn't be crispy.) Remove the bacon from the pan and place onto paper towels to drain. Set aside.
Preheat the broiler. While it's preheating, season the scallops with the lemon-pepper seasoning. Wrap each scallop with a slice of bacon, secure it with a toothpick, and place it on a baking sheet. Broil for about 5 minutes, then turn the scallops and broil for another 5 minutes. Serve on a platter with lemon wedges, if desired.
