Ingredients

  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 2 cups fruit pulp
  • 1 cup cholate chips
  • 1 cup raisins or nuts
  • 3/4 cup canola oil
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • a little bit of nutmeg
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup crystalized lemon or orange peel (opt)

Step 1

Mix all.

Bake in a slow overn for 1 1/4 hours.

Note:
Subustitute chocolate chips or crystalized peel with mixed fruit or whatever you like.
