Ingredients
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 2 cups fruit pulp
- 1 cup cholate chips
- 1 cup raisins or nuts
- 3/4 cup canola oil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- a little bit of nutmeg
- 3 cups flour
- 1/2 cup crystalized lemon or orange peel (opt)

Step 1
Mix all.
Bake in a slow overn for 1 1/4 hours.
Note:
Subustitute chocolate chips or crystalized peel with mixed fruit or whatever you like.
