Chocolate Almond Butter Bites

Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 12 ounce package of semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup almond butter
- 1.5 cups almonds, finely chopped

Preparation
Step 1
1. Place butter in a small saucepan and melt over low heat.
2. Add chocolate and almond butter and whisk until smooth and melted through.
3. Pour mixture into an 8 inch square baking dish and place in fridge for 45 minutes or so until the mixture hardens.
4. Place chopped nuts on a large platter. Spoon teaspoons of chilled chocolate mixture into nuts and roll to cover all over.
5. Quickly roll in between your hands to form balls and place back in fridge to set. Enjoy!
Keep these in a sealed container in fridge or you can also toss these in the freezer if you don’t think you’ll eat them all within a few days.
