Ingredients

  • 1/2-1 lb ground beef
  • 36 oz spaghetti sauce
  • 16 oz cottage cheese
  • 1/4 c grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • (9)lasagna noodles
  • 8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese

Preparation

Step 1

1. Brown ground beef. Mix in spaghetti sauce.

2. In bowl mix together cottage cheese, parmesan cheese, egg and Italian seasoning.

3. Spray crockpot with cooking spray.

4. Pour 1/3 of meat sauce in bottom of crock pot and spread evenly

5. Break 3 lasagna noodles to fit and lay on top of meat sauce

6. Spread 1/2 of cottage cheese mix over noodles and top with 1/2 mozzarella cheese.

7. Repeat layers 1x. top with remaining 3 noodles, then pour on remaining sauce.

8. Cover and turn crockpot to low. Cook for 5-6 hours or until noodles are tender.
