Ingredients
- 1 lb rotini or rotelle, uncooked
- 3/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tbs dried oregano
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 can (15 or 19 oz) can chick peas,
- drained and rinsed
- 2 cups chopped green pepper
- 2 cups fresh chopped tomatoes
- 1 1/2 cups chopped onions
- 1/2 lb cups sliced hard salami or cubed
- pepperoni
- 3/4 cup cubed provolone or mozzarella
- cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives

Preparation
Step 1
Cook pasta as directed on package, drain. Rinse with cold water to cool quickly; drain well.
In a small bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar, sugar and seasonings.
In a large bowl, combine pasta, dressing and remaining ingredients Cover and refrigerate.
