Shortbread Cookies

Dense cookies that you can cutout with cookie cutter and frost and decorate

Ingredients

• 1 lb. butter at room temperature
• 1 box cake mix (your choice)
• 2 1/2 cups all purpose flower

Preparation

Step 1

Mix cake mix and flour together. Add butter and mix until well blended. Sprinkle flour on counter roll out and cut with cookie cutters. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes
