17/05/15-This was good for both, however, the dressing needs a bit of tweaking as it's kind of bitter so do that in a jar or a separate bowl before adding it to the salad. Also, neither one of us cared much for the chia seeds so just leave them out. It's a good easy dinner option.

Ingredients
- Cauliflower, kale, carrots, cabbage, roasted chickpeas, golden raisins, chia seeds, toasted almonds, yogurt curry dressing.
- Add 4 ounces PC Fire-Grilled Turkey Strips for a meat option.
- Put the dressing in a jar or cup and add a couple of teaspoons of honey and a tablespoon or so of yogurt and mix well. Taste and add up to a tablespoon of olive oil if it needs it.
