Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup water
- 1 T brandy
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar

Step 1
Combine ingredients in blender jar; blend for about 1 minute. Scrape down sides with rubber spatula and blend for another 15 seconds or until smooth.
Refrigerate batter for about 1 hour. Batter has tendency to separate while refrigerated, so stir before cooking.
