Ingredients

  • Crust:
  • 1 1/2 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs (1 packet crushed)
  • 5 Tbsp Butter, melted
  • Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough:
  • 5 Tbsp Butter, room temperature
  • 1/3 cup firmly packed Light Brown Sugar
  • 3 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 3/4 cup Flour
  • 2/3 cup Chocolate Chips
  • Cheesecake Filling:
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese + 1 heaping Tbsp
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 1 Egg, room temperature
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 325. Spray and flour a 9x13.
Mix the crust and press into the bottom of the prepared pan.
Bake for 6 minutes. Remove and allow to cool.

Prepare cookie dough. Mix butter, sugars, salt and vanilla until smooth and thoroughly combined. Mix in flour until just incorporated. Mix in chocolate chips. The dough will be dry.
Cream Cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add egg and vanilla on low until just incorporated.
Pour cheesecake mixture into crust, for tsp sized clumps of cookie dough and distribute over the entire surface of the cheesecake batter.
Bake for 30 minutes until the top of the cookie dough feels firm and dry and the entire pan is set.
Allow to cool completely, then chill for several hours.
