Jimmy Carter Cake

Ingredients

• crust:
• 1 cup flour
• 1 cup chopped peanuts
• 1 stick margarine
• press into 13x9 inch pan
• bake for 20 minutes at 350 then cool
• mix and spread on crust:
• 8 oz. cream cheese
• 1 cup 10x sugar
• 1 cup cool whip
• 1/3 cup oeanut butter
• Combine:
• 1 3oz. pack instant vanilla pudding
• 1 3oz. pack instant chocolate pudding
• 2 1/2 cup cold milk

spread over peanut butter mixture, top with cool whip, spread chopped peanuts on top
