- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups confectioner's sugar
- 2 T grated lemon zest
- 1 cup heavy cream

Step 1
In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese until soft. Blend in confectioner's sugar, and beat until creamy. Mix in lemon zest. Whip cream in a chilled bowl. Fold into cream cheese mixture.
Use to fill crepes. Top with raspberry sauce and garnish with fresh raspberries.
