  • 1/2 c. all purpose flour
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 c. butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp. vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 c. flaked coconut

Preparation

Step 1

Combine first 7 ingredients in container of electric blender and process for 10 seconds.

Stir in coconut.

Pour into a buttered 9" deep dish pie plate.

Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until set. (Pie will puff, then fall slightly.) Cool. Chill thoroughly.
