  • 4 Russet Potatoes, cut in cubes
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Oil
  • 8 oz Pastrami, cut in pieces
  • 1-2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper

Step 1

Heat the oil in a large saute pan over high heat. Add the potatoes and onions and cook over medium heat for 20-25 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes to get color on all sides. Add the pastrami, salt, and pepper and fry for another 5 minutes or until all the potatoes are tender.
