Ingredients

  • 1 c mayo
  • 2 T Dijon mustard
  • 2 T fresh parsley, snipped
  • 1 T onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cans (10-oz) chunk white chicken, drained & flaked
  • 6 slices bacon, fried & chopped
  • 1 c (4oz) finely shredded Swiss cheese-divided
  • 2 8-oz crescent rolls
  • 1-2 plum tomatoes, sliced thin
  • Optional
  • 1 med red bell pepper
  • 2 c shredded lettuce

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375. Combine mayo & mustard. Add parsley and onion. mix well.

In another bowl, combine chicken and bacon. Add 3/4 c cheese and 1/3 c of mayo mixture. mix well.

Unroll crescent rolls; separate into 16 triangles. Arrange triangles in a circle on baking sheet/stone with wide end overlapping in the center and points toward the outside. (There should be a 5-inch diameter opening).

Scoop mixture onto wide part of ring. Bring outside points of dough over filling & tuck under center. Place tomato slices in openings of ring. Bake 20-25 minutes.

Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Cut open pepper - discard insides. Fill with mayo mixture. put in center of ring with lettuce.
