Ingredients
- 1 med onion thinly sliced
- 1 med green pepper thinly sliced
- 1 med red pepper thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup mayo divided
- 1/4 c Italian dressing
- 1 lb sliced deli roast beef
- 6 French rolls
- 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Sauté onion and peppers in 2 tbls of mayo, you are supposed to remove the vegs with they get tender but I just put everything in together. Reduce heat add the rest of the stuff and mix well, then I put the stuff in the French rolls and topped with the cheese and put them in the oven till the cheese melted, about 5/10 mins in oven at 350 degrees.
