Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 pounds spinach, defrosted and drained
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- lemon juice
- 8 sheets phyllo dough
- 1/2 cup Butter, melted

Step 1
Saute onions, scallions, and garlic. Add spinach and cheeses. When no longer hot add eggs.
