Ingredients
- 1 lb. linguine (pre-cooked0
- 1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 lb. sea scallops
- 1 medium onion, julienne
- 1 green pepper, julienne
- 1 red pepper, julienne
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 tablespoon white wine
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
- salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter in a cooking skillet. Add shrimp and scallops.Cook for 2 minutes. Then add onions, peppers, garlic, white wine, lemon juice, and cream. Cook for aout 5 minutes. Add pre-cooked linquine, salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with shredded parmesan cheese and serve with garlic toast.
