Lasagna -awesome farm style

This is from Full Circle farm using homemade pasta sauce and their sausage, ricotta and no-boil noodles (fresh pasta).use the new lasagna pan from Oprah and fresh noodles are best. Don't need to oil the pan first.
Dad Lloyd Loved this. Can make ahead and bake next day. Serve with fresh green beans and salad.

Ingredients
- For Lasagna:
- 1 lb italian sausage, casings removed
- 6 4-1/2 x 13" sheets fresh lasagna
- 1 16 oz container whole-milk ricotta cheese
- 12 oz coarsely torn fresh mozzarella-make sure you use the watery kind
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese
- 2 -3 cups homemade marinara sauce
- torn spinach leaves-added in layers for extra pizazz.
- basil leaves garnish

Defrost or prepare marinara sauce-put aside
In a large skillet, heat 1 tbspn olive oil over medium heat. Add sausage (remove from casings!) saute until browned , breaking up with a fork, about 6 mins. set aside
Stir ricotta and 1/2 of mozarella and 1/4 cup parmesan cheese in bowl, season with salt and pepper. mix in egg thoroughly
Use Lasagna pan,ungreased. spread 1 cup of the tomato sauce to coat the bottom evenly, cover with 2 sheets of lasagna noodles, spread 1/3 cup of ricotta mixture over pasta, some sausage,some sauce then repeat the layers twice. Finsih with sausage, sauce and cover with mixture of remaining 1/2 mozzarella and 1/4 cup parmesan mixed. cover dish with foil brushed lightly with oil on down side, oil side down. Place in preheated oven for 40 mins. carefull uncover bake until top browns and bubbles, about 15 mins. Can put under broiler for a few mins to brown. Let stand at least 10 mis. before serving.
