Spanish Spice rub

Ingredients

• 3 tbsp Spanish paprika
• 2 tsp ground cumin
• 2 tsp dry mustard
• 2 tsp ground fennel seeds
• 2 tsp kosher salt
• 1 tsp ground pepper

Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl. Rub on meat before grilling.
