Egg Casserole with Ham and Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 6 cups shredded cheese
  • 3/4 lb sliced mushrooms
  • 1 small onion, chooped
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 T parsley, fresh and chopped
  • 7 eggs, beaten
  • 1 3/4 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 T salt

Preparation

Step 1

1. Place half of cheese in buttered 9x13 inch pan.
2. Saute onion and mushrooms and add over cheese.
3. Add ham and top with with remaining cheese.
4. Combine eggs, butter, milk, flour, salt, parsley and beat well.
5. Pour egg mixture over top of pan.
6. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
