Vegetables with Herb Sauce
- 1 envelope Lipton Recipe Secrets Savory Herb with Garlic Sauce
- 1 1/2 pounds of assorted fresh vegetables (sliced zucchini, yellow squash, red peppers, carrots, mushrooms)
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. In plastic bag or bowl toss all ingredients until vegetables are coated. Empty into a 13x9 inch baking or roasting pan. Bake stirring occassionaly until vegetables are to desired doneness.
