  • 2 1/3 C. uncooked elbow macaroni (8 oz.)
  • 1 C. salsa
  • 1 1/2 C. milk
  • 1 can (14.75 oz) cream style corn
  • 1-11 oz. can Mexicorn
  • 8 oz. Velveeta

Preparation

Step 1

1. Mix all ingredients except cheese in 12-inch skillet. Heat to boiling; stirring occasionally. Reduce heat.
2. Cover and simmer 10-14 minutes, stirring frequently, until macaroni is tender.
3. Stir in cheese until melted.
