Ingredients
- 16 shrimp cleaned and deveined
- 1/2 cup diced red onions
- 1/2 cup diced green peppers
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup diced cucumber
- 1 cup Bloody Mary mix
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1/4 cup tequila
- 4 Halibut
- 4 teaspoons Lawry's seasoning salt

Preparation
Step 1
1. Saute shrimp in butter 2 minutes. Add next 4 ingredients.
2. Saute until shrimp is done. Add Bloody Mary mix and tequila.
3. Simmer 1 minute.
4. Grill each Halibut with 1 tsp. seasoning salt. Serve with Shrimp Tequila Sauce
