Ingredients
- 1-3/4 Cups (425 mL) Pumpkin
- 1 Cup Brown Sugar
- 3/4 Cups evaporated milk
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
- 1/4 Ginger
- 1/4 tsp Salt
Preparation
Step 1
Filling: Whisk together pumpkin, sugar, milk, eggs, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and salt. Pour into shell. Bake in bottom third of oven at 450F for 15 mins. Reduce to 350F and bake for another 30 mins, until knife comes clean.
